CHALLENGE DAY!!! I hope you are all having a wonderful day! I’d like to have a great deal more participation on this page from readers. So I’m going to issue a challenge. How generations of photos of your ancestors that lived in Maple Hill, Kansas, do you have? Please scan the photos and put them on the Maple Hill page.

I’m going to start with my Corbin Ancestors. Robert Corbin moved to Maple Hill in 1920, after marrying Mildred (McCauley) Corbin. With the exception of two short periods, they lived all their lives in Maple Hill, Kansas.

This photo is from 1936 and was taken on the south side of their home at about 4th and Fowler Street. The house still stands.
